Regizki Maulia is a highly committed and dedicated 5th semester student in the Faculty of Psychology, UGM with a strong passion for understanding human behavior and contributing to the field of psychology. I have >6 years experiences in student organization, event planning, various competition, and volunteering as well. I am equipped with the knowledge to analyze and interpret complex data. Skilled in collecting data through surveys and interviews, recruiting and selecting qualified candidate, training and developing organization. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing her to effectively connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I am highly interested in the scope of industrial and organizational psychology.
