Khairunnisa Fadhilah, commonly known as Icha, is an undergraduate Psychology student at the University of Indonesia. She has a passion for learning, culture, and talent management, driven by her belief that humans are invaluable assets in a continuous learning environment. Additionally, she is highly motivated and enthusiastic, particularly in the field of Psychology.

Icha has demonstrated her leadership, negotiation, and communication skills through her role as Vice Project Officer at MOCCA Psychology UI and as a class coordinator each semester. In her role as class coordinator, she advocates for students’ needs to lecturers, striving to achieve win-win solutions for both parties.

Moreover, Icha actively engages in volunteer activities, reflecting her commitment to personal growth and community service. Looking ahead, she aims to leverage her skills and experiences to contribute meaningfully to the field of Psychology and to foster environments where continuous learning and development are prioritized.
